I’m a published, award winning photographer, wife, mom, former teacher, and memory hoarding enthusiast. As a mother I understand what it’s like to look at your child and have the sinking realization that it’s all going by way too fast. The funny way they said a word yesterday has been corrected. The look of wonder and awe has been replaced with recognition and understanding. Tiny feet and hands keep getting bigger and new lines are ever being marked on the growth chart.
I want to help you document these years so that you can always look back and remember these moments in your life. I want to give you images that represent your life and help your children remember their childhoods.

Why book a professional photographer?
With the advance in technology, there are more photos taken every single day than were taken in the whole 100 years after the camera was invented. Our phones can do amazing things. Why hire someone?
Despite all the advancements in a technology that can fit in our pockets and the amazing things they produce, there is no substitution for the human eye. Someone who can see the perfect shot before it happens. Who has spent years perfecting poses and studying light. There is no substitution for someone spending hours on your precious images, editing them, until they’re just right.
But the biggest drawback, when you use your phone, is YOU can’t be in the photo. Unless you’re holding it at arms length, you’re absent from the memories, from your child’s arms, from your own family’s legacy.
The cameras we carry around are amazing for capturing so much… but for some things, there is no substitution.
